Bro, dipped as soon as the images for OP1141 came out, despite gaslighting us for assuming Sanji would be there with Luffy and Zoro!
Oda’s the master at stalling, I think we all will be severely disappointed about how One Piece ends. Oda’s a great world builder but he’s a very poor executor. I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s actually the fans who sustain the legacy of manga, whereby due to the insane world building they trick themselves into believing that the execution is just as good. I think now people have started to realise there’s been no significant pay off and there’s only so much stalling you can do until fans realise that Oda has hit a wall because now we are expecting the set up to be fulfilled. It’s why Wano was mid, WCI was mid, Egghead was mid and why Elbaf will be mid.
