Well, Luffy is a yonko that beat the invincible Kaido (no matter how, people just know he won). And we saw what guys like Shanks & BB did against formidable opposition in Kidd and Law. Luffy is supposed to be on their level so if worst comes to worst HK dont have any option of calling reinforcements. Luffy single handedly dealt with Saturn and Kizaru at the same time. All out serious Luffy backed by 10 other 1-2.5B guys that are fresh? I give the battle 15 seconds tops if they all whip out high end techniques like Shanks against Kidd.

Nah, that's some grade A bullshit. Kizaru just finished mopping the floor with Sanji and the rest. Luffy is trouble for more or less every character in the series at this point but of course if he doesn't understand the others powers yet he might struggle until he figures it out.

I think you underestimate Luffy. This isn't about Kizaru. Luffy might act goofy but his powers are real and most characters in verse will have huge trouble just from the fact that the powers are ridiculous and unpredictable.
