Yeah but Haki negating hax isn’t treated the same universally across all hax abilities
for example Bartolommeo’s barriers are also hax in that they require no strength or stamina from him and they are categorically INVINCIBLE. There’s no haki negation that can just shut down Barto’s barriers or just make them NOT invincible anymore
Sommers hax is that his thorns get stronger the more you love something the thorns are surrounding… So what it Haki Negation supposed to do here? Is it supposed to literally just shut down the ability wholesale? The thorns literally don’t even activate because of haki?

Do we believe that a Rayleigh restricted by plot, fighting against characters with abilities he doesn't understand, whose individual power levels are unknown, in a situation where he is caught off guard by the threat of a loved one being hurt could be put in a disadvantages position.
