Low key I'm starting to wonder if the Four Factions going for Laugh Tale are actually these:
1. Blackbeard Pirates + Cross Guild (total control of New World Underworld) + others
2. Straw Hat Pirates + Akagami Pirates + SH Pirate Allies (Grand Fleet) + SH Kingdom Allies (Alabasta + Dressrosa + Fish-Man Island)
3. Neo Marines (Led by Kuzan/Fujitora/Drake/Koby)
4. World Government (Gorosei + God's Knights + Marine Loyalists + Pirate Mercenaries)
If Blackbeard and Cross Guild join forces, no other Pirate crew can compete, reasonably. At that point it would be alliances going against each other.
Edit: I think Catarina can use the Abyss to go to the Holy Land by turning into Saturn, BTW. Teach should be able to get to Mary Geoise easily.

I was expecting Gunko to have a bigger reaction to seeing Brook, after she was listening to his music. I guess she's just a consummate professional. Kind of shame, it could have been a cute moment.
Gunko also has the same regeneration powers that the Gorosei have. So, either ALL the God's Knights have those same powers, too, or Gunko is more special than we thought.
Qilingham can also use "sleep paralysis" on his opponents. This Devil Fruit just gets more overpowered all the time!
The God's Knights are actually winning pretty handily right now. I thought the Strawhats could put up a bigger fight, but I guess even they're pretty outmatched. I'm still betting that the 3 God's Knights actually get called back to Mariejois to help Shamrock with a problem. That feels how this is going to end.
And it sounds like King Harald turning Elbaph into pacifists was actually to get around a agreement he had with the World Government to work with them. Hmm...flashback incoming?
But, now for the biggest part of this chapter:
"The World was meant to simply vanish one day...but some humans realized what lay in store and they made sure the entire world would know. Once it starts it cannot be undone. No one can stop it, the countdown has started. The World is already entangled in the opening salvo of the coming Great War!"
Okay, so that's a great little speech that Gunko gives everyone. This feels like it's loaded with foreshadowing. How literal is Gunko when she says the "World was meant to vanish"? Does she just mean the World is going to flood, and all the islands would disappear? Or does she mean this World will LITERALLY "vanish" like it's all a Devil Fruit effect? We've all been wondering how fictional this World is. Is it possible this is all a literal dream world that can vanish and be re-created over and over again? It's probably just referring to the flooding, but I do wonder what the exact Japanese word is being used here.
Also, we are ALREADY in the Final War. It's great to have that confirmed! I was halfway expecting Elbaph to kick off our "Ragnarok", and this just means we're in it already.

Also with most of the discussion about HK regeneration abilities, do not ignore the fact that this chapter Gunko actually make a fool of those SH especially Jinbei included.
No YC1 below can casually flex in a 1v4 with one of them being a former Warlord.
The arrow fruit is actually op and this time Oda used a good amount of his brain trying to make it work creatively as possible.
Aside from their regen hax, all their abilities and combat lvl is solid, Killingham body slam a Giant, that's something I'm not expecting.
Holy KNIGHTS as the name suggest, they are indeed soldiers and have high lvl combat skills.
Better than Gorosei (by far) in that regards.
Gorosei Garling would be guaranteed strongest Imu's underling and strongest in the whole World Govt fighters 2nd only to Imu

- Why is Bonney not helping to fight? She is supposedly more powerful than Franky and the Elbaph giants...
- It seems that only Luffy can fight those GK... Luffy, Loki and Gaban will probably fight them, perhaps with Zoro, Sanji, Dorry and Brogy assisting...
- There might be a more advanced form of Haki, or a more superior ability than Haki, necessary to hurt those with demonic regeneration... The SHs must learn it...
- Usopp hitting a CD (the first among the SHs in this arc), and declaring that they are not afraid of the CDs (someone, please clarify if the way he said it is a cowardly acting or he really mean it), might increase his bounty big time... I won't be surprised if he hits 1B after Elbaph...
