Usoop attack seems like Midori Boshi: Dokuro Bakuhatsu So . Ok but I hate this overused trope (not only by Oda but in general) of characters with regeneration powers to have half their body destroyed just to show the regeneration itself.

I mean the problem is that the same attack against Daruma did not have the same effects. Daruma's body was not shattered in pieces. Maybe I'm too stubborn about this thing
