It literally is the exact same shit with a different coat of paint. People that wish to push this "regen merchant" shit just like to pretend that its for some reason objectively less "cool" or "potent" thing than Logia powers.

The hypocrisy is hilarious to me every time.

For the record by the way? If anything, unlike Logia powers, Gorosei and Holy Knight regen at least is not countered by basic goddamn armament haki. It is a upgrade to Logia "intangibility" aspect in that we don’t even know what can permanently harm them yet.

Dude, it’s about DURABILITY.

Breaking a logias elemental form even with haki is not equivalent to the actual damage they take (see Kuzan and Jozu).

Triggering a HK/Gorosei’s regen IS equivalent to the damage they would take (Gunko’s arm would still be blown off without regen).
