That's why I don't really like regen characters in One Piece, I get Oda wants to show off this ability but he makes them look very fragile doing so. I prefer the Cell way in DB that only needed to regen from powerful attacks.

In Oda's mind : regen mean the character hastrash durability so that he can spam them getting blown apart left and right

Gunko was impressive this chapter but it's literally just her hype moment and people are already jumping to conclusions. I'd wait till we see her actual fight.

Pretty much this, as I said before, the Gunko hype in this chapter was ok.

I need to see her in a full battle before I fully judge her overall in terms of power level.

She is definitely not weak, that I will say.
