At least it protect Bonney form getting kill at that time here ussop did nothing that matter .
In Wano Jinbei get fight where he destroy who who rather easy where ussop had to get save countless times .

To be honest it feels like pre Kuma flashback Saturn and post Kuma flashback Saturn are two different characters lmao

Not really pre kuma flash back just had him abusing bonney who much weaker than him .
After that he had face luffy who tank his eye beam like it was nothing and someone he could not abuse even if luffy could not hurt him .
Even kuma flashback it seem the guy whole thing was to abuse people calling kid kuma worthless .
When he was facing weak SHs he was trying stop message and had no time for them was the excuse Oda came up with there.

This chapter did prove one thing. It doesn’t matter how strong someone is before they join the SHP. If they’re not Zoro Sanji or Luffy they’re going to get this kind of treatment

Carrot looked strong when she was introduced vs Zoro. Luffy got knocked out cold by Apoo. Sanji got eye-diffed by Saturn, looking no better than the weaker SHs.

A new enemy rolling up on you with abilities you have no information about whilst you're not going all-out will leave anyone liable to getting clowned.

Jinbe is still a hell of a lot closer to Sanji than he is to say Franky. He wasn't even using haki against Gunko. Gunko didn't do anything in this chapter that Doflamingo couldn't replicate tbh.

yep people forget all the time even monster trio get use for that also luffy being the being number one person .
