• Gorosei are on par if not stronger than admirals.
• Zoro and Sanji could become top tiers this arc by beating HKs

If Sommers gets his ass beat by Gaban, then:

• Zoro, who will inevitably be pushed to at least mid diff or more by Sommers, is confirmed much weaker than Gaban and every top tier
• Gorosei agenda still remains intact because of their superior portrayal
• Admiral >> most HKs is confirmed; Shamrock is still debatable due to special portrayal
