The counter to HK regen isn’t going to be conqueror’s because there simply aren’t enough ACOC users. 9 HK + 5 Gorosei that’s 14 characters with regen and we know people like the rev commanders will probably end up fighting some of them.

Guys like Sabo Sanji and Law are potential going to fight/assist vs Gorosei/HKs/Imu so yeah unless Oda decides to give a bunch of people CoC the regen will have an attainable counter.
