Being stronger than someone doesn’t mean you have the same abilities as them. Matching someone’s bloodlusted AP means that you have the same AP as them, which is exactly what Swordzaru did to Rayleigh.

Kaido had greater AP than pre-G4 Luffy yet Kaido does not possess internal destruction CoA.

How do you know that? Kaido and Luffy both showed the no-touch Haki which is advanced CoA/Ryou, other than that it was never said if Kaido did or did not possess internal destruction. So I’m curious as to how you came to this conclusion.

Punk Hazard Zoro was stronger than Kinemon yet did not know how to cut fire.

Punk Hazard Zolo never demonstrated that he had the same AP as Kinemon, an obviously incorrect comparison. Swordzaru showed the same AP as bloodlusted Rayleigh.

That’s how it works, the only way to stand against the Gorosei and Yonko is with Conqueror’s Haki. Luffy couldn’t do anything against the Gorosei’s hidden powers, and neither could Zoro, even with the same ability. Not because they lacked strength, but because they held back, saving Conqueror’s Haki as a last resort.
