They could be 80x times stronger than Boa. The author hasn't demonstrated that in the manga in any real way. The Gorosei were not hype, they became incompetent clowns who are allergic to hurting people. Two giants (a meme race for being treated like crap) getting big bounties after this arc doesn't give me any excitement for them.

They are so sterile and uninteresting in the actual story itself.
