I really doubt Kizaru would be surprised about Saturn turning into an Ushi-oni.
The clearance thing is likely just so nobody tries to blab about the secret of the Gorosei. I doubt any of them besides MAYBE Akainu know who Imu is though. That kind of defeats the whole purpose of, yknow, him being the super secret leader.

Again, I think it's a matter of raw willpower and Haki, so both the Dorry and Brogy thing and the Harald thing make sense imo. Dorry and Brogy weren't strong enough to resist, but Harald was strong enough, he just literally got forced into it because Imu convinced him to do so or else his kids get axed.

But I would find this exasperating, Luffy being constantly the key for everything is annoying and the Nika wank has gone too far already. There‘s a chance Robin has smth to do with those demons as well fwiw. She has Daemonio Fleur and can turn into a demon herself when her DF has to do with flowers. Imu was also in a room surrounded by flowers. It‘s possible her DF contains part of his powers or she‘s actually a Nerona. Cuz the whole thing is weird if she isn’t related to him at all.

Only if Loki is possessed by Imu. But something tells me Loki wouldn't let it happen, it might not work against natural CoC users (not confirmed but he's very likely one).
