I think the jury is still amount on admirals cause they are not build the same. I would not put all of them definitivly above kaido as it right now, potential exist of course. But if they lose against in a clown way to derp characters like big mom for example they could still be said worse. The ony one that is 100% clear by direct statment by oda is atm.
