Mahito can only be hurt if you attack his soul or if you overwhelm him to such a degree that he runs out of Cursed Energy (which is nearly impossible since he is a Curse and they are made out of it)

And his attacks work by attacking the soul directly. The principle is that the shape of your soul defines the shape of your body. Mahito forcibly changes that shape by touching his enemies, causing sever injuries or even instant death.
And his Domain bypasses even the need for him to touch you directly. Everything inside the Domain is literally in the palm of his hand. Pictured in the following video:

Finally, he managed to create a 0.2 second Domain by watching Gojo, so in te blink of an eye he can cast his Domain, its effect, and the enemy is affected before they even notice anything has happened.

Ironically only Brook and Big Mom would be able to fight him because they are aware of the shape of their soul.
If it's a soul related thing, could Conq Haki do something against it? Like knock him out maybe

What are you talking about?

I think the chances of Shodai eating a DF are 0%.
And it has always been the one and the same sword, it never changed IMO. If it has, just Oda inconsistencies...

We already know that black blades are forged through Haki because Mihawk already told Zoro how to do it and he never mentioned any deals with the devil. Forging the strongest weapon in the world is a feat second to none, it isn't done by something by something silly.
The more weapons Imu pulls, the worse he looks and I just explained why that possibly is.
Did he? I thought he just said you can coat your weapons in haki but I dont recall him ever saying its the key to turning it black

There has to be more to it than that

Plenty of characters with swords and top tier Haki dont have black blades

I feel like if Haki was key a lot more characters would have it

What you need to know about Naruto villains:

Gaara...was alone. He have hatred. He hate all world, because he was alone.
He has his brother Kankuro and sister Temari. They loved him. But he was alone. This makes him psycho

@TheAncientCenturion
Did you forget about the part where he can never sleep and a demon talks to him, his father hated him and repeatedly tried to kill him? How his uncle, the only support or love he got as a kid, admitted to hating him and suicide bombing him as a kid?

He did you are correct, he said every weapon can become black like mine
Than he said Zoro ain't getting booze till he mastered that feat

Meaning the only confirmed feat black weapons have they have permanent dressrosa Zoro level base coa infusion hardness

REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Sorry I'm tired of this Naruto feet licking.

Let's talk about how bad Naruto villains was:

1. Itachi killed his whole family, killed his girlfriend, killed children, spared his only one brother, but in the same time always come back to his brother to remind him about hatred and power desire;

2. Gaara and his hatred for being alone, despite having love from his sister and brother, who actually cared about him;

3. Sasuke with his changing decision 24/7 and desire to kill Naruto with no reason, and spare Naruto on his whim;

4. Obito, his decision to kill his master, wife, and unborn child...just for what? why he attack the village in the first place?

5. Tsunade who started to believe in Naruto, because he was saying the same words that Dan and her brother said. Even whe she said that both of them was wrong;

6. Nagato, he started to believe in Naruto because Jiraya called his book Naruto, despite the fact that he said that he don't believe Jiraya's words.

I'm SORRY but only brain dead could call Naruto character good written. They are good written only terms of using abilities, showing their character, but Good Written? NAAAH

To be fair Mihawk could just have exceptional armament haki (second to none) while the likes of Roger and Whitebeard do have great armament they also have amazing Conqueror's haki they imbue in their blades (not saying Mihawk won't have Conqueror's, but it could balance out depending on how great a character is in each haki field and other stats). He mentioned the black blade thing while he was teaching Zoro about armament to prevent his blade from ever breaking, so I expect it to be that personally. We'll see.

@TheAncientCenturion
It's not black and white
Danzo is a better villain than anything one piece has to offer, so far at least
The Admirals are the only characters on that level, need more screentime though
Kisame is another example of a great villain constantly recurring in the manga, Oda doesn't write this way, you only see a character once every 5-10 years
Fucks sake even the main character's father hasn't moved his ass for 25 years lmao

Maybe definitely a possibility

Tolkien has a philosophical depth that Oda can’t even conceive.
Eh...not that much, really. He may have struggled to tie Orcs being inherently evil to his Catholic faith....but that doesn't change that every Orc in the books are indeed inherently evil monsters who are abominations against God...Eru. Or he may have said that Sauron wanted to make a better Arda oncr, but in the books, he's nothing more then a monstrous tyrant who wants nothing but death and/or enslavement to all.

The only real villains with a morally conflicting thing would be the Men of Rhun and Harad, who do have a justifiable beef due to Numenor's enslavement and domination of them in the past. But even then, Aragorn makes peace with them.
