Great to see Imu not just handle Dorry and Broggy but convert them and even take their freedom away. Imu, Killingham, Dorry and Broggy, the rest of the army decent match-ups can be made for Luffy, Loki, Zoro and Sanji, plus the rest of the crew.

Blackbeard Pirates are making their move against Imu now.

Blackbeard have his 1v1 with Imu and we'll learn more about the war 800 years ago, why they fought, why Joyboy lost, what Imu did to steal the Empty Throne and more.

I think the surprise twist of this arc is that we find out Joyboy and Rocks looked very similar.

That'd be really cool and an interesting development, plus reveal.

I can see why some don't like the idea of Imu being the final villain.

Ever since pre timeskip, we had way more build up for either Blackbeard or Akainu being the final villains especially after the Marineford arc.

And then out of nowhere during the reverie arc, we found out that the WG has a secret true leader and the true ruler of the world.

I can see why some don't like the idea of Imu being the final villain.

Ever since pre timeskip, we had way more build up for either Blackbeard or Akainu being the final villains especially after the Marineford arc.

And then out of nowhere during the reverie arc, we found out that the WG has a secret true leader and the true ruler of the world.

I mean to be fair even prior to imu people argued WG will be the final villain
Just the difference being that the admirals will be the main fighting force obstacle in that
