I have heard about this personality switch, just wanted to figure how this plays out.

He kidnapped a person who has completed the immortal surgery. Then he find someone eat to the DF to swap his personality with that person.

The anime shows his multi layered voice, maybe he merged personalities of many people to fit inside him to become stronger like nightmare Luffy.
