He has conquers haki so yes he can. This was a feat that zoro was able to replicate and gaban in his prime is much stronger than that version of zoro

I don't give a shit because I SAID they're close in power and that Rayleigh is only slightly above. They proceeded to mock me and one of them even put me on ignore for a week and treated me like I lost my fucking mind. So I don't care anymore. I like Sanji but I'm not being nice to his fans anymore. They did this to themselves and I honestly don't care how much Sanji gets hypetooled and portrayed below Zoro now. If they were simply nicer and listened to me I wouldn't be acting like this.
