He needed gear 4 cause of the size. Luffy was running, ulti tackled him and luffy popped gear 4 and she went flying. And Robin is trying to free herself despite spikes being a DIRECT counter to her. Robin won't lose against ulti. All the Tobi roppo are the same rank for a reason. Robin no diffed Blaxk Maria after going demonio. There's really no way Robin is losing against ulti. At most it'll be a mid dif before Robin catches her and does whatever insane brutal shit she'll do
