Hot take: I know this advadvcoc or the Haki system in general is Sh*t, but THANKS GOD the way to deal with the Gorosei is not something simple that the likes of Nami and Jimbei can use. To beat a Gorosei, you first need to be born with Coc, then upgraded it to the Adv $9.99, and them add the premium version ($24.99) that Luffy hasn't know yet.
If only the strongest can harm a gorosei/HK... imagine what will take to take down Imu.

That is a great fight and scene. The entire fight and especially when we get Aki's pov was emotional.
Also speaks wonders about how good Makima as a villain is.
She killed the female protagonist right in front of Denji.
She made Denji kill the male deuteragonist.
The only two people that up until that point accepted Denji as family.

For the simple reason that “beating these guys” is now a broad statement… I want to remind you that Sommers is fine… Gaban cut his head off and now he’s completely fine and dandy
the big important haki technique Luffy is going to learn to beat these guys CANNOT KILL OR EVEN KNOCK THEM OUT… Sommers wasn’t even knocked out… He was talking after getting beheaded
Therefore “beating these guys” is simply finding a way to stop them fight fighting… That’s what Gaban’s CoC TEMPORARILY DID to Sommers… and so it’s actually now clear that even weak characters can now fight these guys… All you have to do is STOP THEM FROM FIGHTING… All you have to do is trap and immobilize them… and Oda can come up with 100 random bullshit powers and abilities for weaker characters to be able to trap them

In fact all haki negates df.
Use armament haki against a DF, and you aint hitting his DF, you are hitting him directly.
For example Logias, you dint hit ice or light, you hit their real body.
Hit a mochi man with haki, you hit him directly, hit a rubber guy and you hit his body not his rubber.
