Tbh I really like him so far though. Seems like a tragic, noble, compelling guy.
Someone who tried to redeem himself for his play and do what he felt was best for his own people to protect them.
I can't wait to see him with horns and who he resembles in his youth, especially with the horns. He's probably similar to Loki in some ways in his younger days, that elbaf warrior/ancient giant battle and violence loving spirit. Bloodthirsty and anarchistic.
I'm guessing the guards were forced to kill him, either by Imus involvement or Haralds final decree, a completely necessary mercy kill.
Oda needs to explain why an abyss circle was in the castle so Shamrock and Gunko could teleport in.
Shanks is looking much shadier and shadier rapidly too but probably trying to actnik the greater good, much like current day Harald was.
I'm very excited to see where this goes and learning about Loki, Harald, Shanks, Elbaf history etc.
