First Time we've heard of Someone steal a Legendary DF from a Nation was Enel,
Where is Birka now? Gone
We've later learned that CP-9 (Their HQ is Enies Lobby) also had a Legendary DF stolen from them,
Where is Enies Lobby now? Gone
WB Pirates had a Legendary DF stolen from them as well,
Where is WB Pirates Empire now? Gone
We also seen how God's Valley Game had a Legendary DF as it's Prize, and it got Stolen,
Where is God's Valley now? Gone
While Birka got Directly Destroyed by Enel, other Three were Destroyed in Incidents where those DF Users were Major Players/Invaders,
So not only there is a High Chance that Elbaph is gonna be Destroyed now since it's Legendary DF was stolen, but this also means that We still have a New Enemy who is yet to arrive
