Law can literally already do this with amputation. Amputation doesn’t actually sever the body parts, it is rather a form of spatial manipulation. Hence Kinemon could be put back together even after being cut up by Law.
Regeneration wouldn’t work against ope ope amputation because Law doesn’t actually damage the body with this technique.
