Welp for Mihawk he was called Clairvoyant before Hawkeye. The scene where Monet can't move due to Zoro haki or aura or whatever it is, might be a hint of what he is capable of on observation haki. Especially, since Shanks were so great at future sight, Mihawk had sum other variant that could clash with it.

You're right boss, thank you! His intro had him mentioning how he hates the WG too and finds them disgusting. Plus I'm sure the WG had some kind of hand in all the gang warfare and ruination of his homeland too.
A certain oni with overwhelming CoC himself also wanted to tear the pampered nobles who live in in endless opulence from their high horrses or ivory thrones and "level the playing field" by force.
Genuinely under different circumstances, I think Kidd and Kaido would really get along and respect each other, especially if they realised how much they have in common and thus common goals. I can see Kidd looking up to Xebec and seeing him as inspiration and Xebec being a little similar to him too.
If I had written the story and had to make Supernovas joing crews, I would have Kidd joined Kaido or Blackbeard, preferably Kaido. It would have played nicely into Kaidos apparent love of technology and why he had techno-scientist and thus cyborg Queen on his crew too then.
In all 100% seriousness, no jokes, no slander, I do wholeheartedly believe and want Kaido and Big Mom to return, I can never expect their fates to be the end of them in the story and thus their roles, I will never accept that, same for Kidd too. It would be ireedemeably disgraceful to me. Just like how Kubo completely fucked up with Coyote Starrk and dare I say Gin and Ukitake too.
Yes great point! I've felt that with how Zoro ironically froze Monet. The way he cut Monet in half and she was too frozen in fear and unable to reassemble herself too. Absolutely crazy moment. In before Mihawk busts out Ultra Instinct too lmao.
Idk what else Oda could do with Observation and I've always felt Breath of All Things and VOAT were extensions of it too, but I'd love to see what he does with it and thus what Mihawk has in own unique, supreme way that equals Shanks as you said, what makes him "Hawkeye/Clairvoyant", aside from I expect the highest observation range in the entire series, even higher than Enel and Aisa and anyone else too.
In the anime for Marineford, Mihawk also "froze" Luffy with his stare, Luffy said he felt paralysed IIRC? Boa was the one to mention Mihawk could freeze people with his stare? I'd have to double check but yeah...
