No Luffy saved them. He knew full well Luffy wasn’t having that. Whether he asked Luffy or not he knew what Luffy would do. He should have beat Capone ass and told Big Mom to get it in blood. There wasn’t anyone that she could have sent to Zeff that Luffy couldn’t have defeated. She would have had to go herself.
No he didn’t? Everyone was shocked at Luffys reaction because we saw Luffy accept Usopps resignation from the crew which Sanji copied to make it believable.
And ah yes Sanji should’ve declared war on the BMP and sacrificed his father waiting for Luffy who they couldn’t contact, wasn’t on the same island, and they had no timeframe of when they’d get to Zou. Yeah that’s dumb af.
Sanji did what he had to do to save everyone. It’s literally identical to what oden did.
Gaban was just confirmed to not only have CoC and ACoC, but a secret THIRD application of CoC. Easily the most skilled Haki user we’ve seen up to this point in the story.
People used to argue that he wasn’t even Admiral lvl. Now it seems like Prime Gaban would embarrass most top-tiers 1v1 lmao
This chapter is the biggest piece of supporting evidence for Sanji having CoC so far btw.
In comparison to wado and enma? Honestly hard disagree
Zoro’s dreams of becoming the world’s strongest swordsman and king of hell are tied to those blades
But other blades represent Oden and Kuinas dream while Sandai represents Zoro himself, just like Zoro come from nothing Sandai also has a humble beginning as a garbage bin sword. If Zoro can make Sandai eat Dragon zoan and make it black, it can be the strongest with its ashura powers.

Luffy is going to at the very least have 2 with Zoro and Sanji lol
The funny sad pathetic thing is the people most against Sanji getting it for some reason that go out their way every opportunity they get to say he doesn’t deserve it and won’t get it are gonna be the first to pretend they don’t care when it happens
For some reason the standards suddenly become a lot higher for what makes a conqueror when it comes to Sanji. Mainly because they’re just extremely insecure about Sanji in relation to Zoro
It was about persona. In the supernova trio, Luffy and Kid were the unreasonably stubborn knuckleheads, while Law was more reasonable and calculating. Then there is stuff like Kid having a supernova partner type RHM under him. Kid was obviously more Luffy-esque.
Law is the least person I have issue with getting conqueror's haki by the way. He had insane willpower and courage on his own right.
Look at Coby. Yes, he is an inheritor of Garp's will and fighting style.
But dude was groveling at Alvida, accepted being her slave. Giga Luffy/Zoro fanboy. Cries reading news about Luffy and fanboys along with other Luffy fanboys. Imagine Garp having this kinda relationship with Roger.
I will never deny that Coby massively grew as a character, that he developed his own willpower forcefully, and is posterboy of hardwork in the new gen. But dude's persona isn't conqueror material at all.
No, the writing wasn't on the wall here. I mean, I always knew that Coby would be getting conqueror's haki, but it was moreso due to narrative (cause muh parallels) than any in-verse logic.
My judgement here is not related to how I like these characters. Law was always in my top 10, and I actually like Coby as a character inspite of weird forced parallels by Oda during Beehive.
Coby will always be the clearest example that the whole “muh kingly qualities” thing is BS
You’re either born with it or you’re not
If not for Luffy beating Alvida and motivating him he would’ve been an East Blue Pirate’s slave for the rest of his life
But XYZ character can’t get it because they don’t possess the qualities
Oda has never had a rule regarding conqueror’s that he hasn’t broken. Conqueror’s are supposed to have an “unbreakable will” but Chinjao lost to Garp once and completely gave up
I’ve said it for ages and I’ll say it again. Oda will give conqueror’s to whoever he sees fit regardless of whether it makes sense or not
