Then we got an army from all around the world in the Grand Fleet.
Next we're getting allied world leaders, each commanding an important place for the history lore.
It started with Vivi and Alabasta, then Carrot and Zunisha, followed by Momo/Yamato and Wano. These are countries at the core of the Void Century conflict. They will be on Luffy's side in the EOS war, but none of their monarchs will be SHs. I don't expect Vivi to join either.
We're now doing the same thing with Loki and Elbaf, both of whom will back up the SHs in the war against IMU.

Oldest country in Old World + walking country of minks + country of blacksmiths (& Ancient Weapon holder) + country of giants
+ army of pirate captains

The crew is full. The allies roster is almost complete (and by the end of the Elbaf arc will be so). We aren't missing any other important element. Either we go to MJ next, or to Lodestar, or to BB's island, or directly to Laugh Tale--nobody is joining.
We'll only get anchor characters to get the SHs invested in the specific island/explain the history. Shanks for MJ. Gaban/some other Roger Pirate for Lodestar. Maybe Nami herself for Laugh Tale.

What we need is not another SH. What we need is a big force to stall the WG while the SHs race to claim the OP and come back in time to save the day & finally defeat IMU (and BB).

I mostly agree though I do think there’s a chance Vivi could rejoin the crew

She kinda just exists and also isn’t in Alabasta rn. I could easily see her rejoining the group for the last few arcs

She's an honorary SH, but she'll never join the crew for an adventure. She'll declare her allegiance to it for the whole world to hear & sway entire countries away from IMU's control.

She's the inverse of Lily.
Lily joined the OG 20 kings only to betray them & help JoyBoy's side in the end.
Vivi won't join the SHs because staying a flexible agent able to travel the world with ease (w/ Wapol & Morgans) helps the SHs more than being with them would.

Oda’s really putting a lot of emphasis on how illogical Luffy becomes when Shanks is involved

Your crew is captured and could be on the verge of death and instead of going up to help them immediately you tell your 2 crew members to go on ahead while you listen to stories

I thought he’d make Luffy’s reaction to Loki dissing Shanks a one off thing but it seems like that character quirk is permanent

Brook hasn't gone all out in a fight yet.
Franky has shown to hold his own very well against VAs, and even punked BM.
Robin can do damage, when she actually remembers that she can fight.

I think all four of them, Jimbei included, are around the same level.

I think Jinbe will ultimatey get surpassed by the mid trio because his growth rate should be lesser but as of now he should be able to beat them with no more than mid diff. Franky and Robin had a tough fight with their tobi roppo opponents while Jinbe made WsW (who got the best portrayl in that grou) look like a chump once he went serious
