2. Roger/Whitebeard(prime)
   • Whitebeard was considered the worlds strongest pirate at worst after Roger died and they were equals in strength
3. Oden~Kaido~Shanks~Whitebeard(old)
   • Kaido was considered the worlds strongest pirate after Whitebeard died
     • Still give old not sick WB the edge but it’s extremely close
     • Oden was just as strong as Kaido at worst with him having potential to have won
     • Shanks while he obviously wasn’t considered the strongest pirate after wb like kaido he’s at worst comparable and might even be able to win due to haki hax

Aka each one of these guys should be able of defeating kaido

I say headcannon because none of us really know not to discredit you.

Shiki was only ever a solo pirate until chapter 957 revealed he was a member of Rocks' crew. He didn't have to be relevant, but Oda made him relevant.

The shapeshifting woman in Wano also turned into Stussy and Shiki when she was manipulating Orochi. Rocks' hands have been in everything.
