Welp i agree too, but The Wings not necessarily need titles or roles to be called that especially considering what Zoro roles are.
to me Wings are those who not only Strong as hell, they can also lead when the captain is around or isn't around and they could be the captain on their own ship.

The thing is, the Rocks Pirates barely followed their own captain. No way there were “wings” or a proper vice-captain in a crew like that.
