That's an amazing observation, wow. Definitely not coincidental ofc. Ace was seemingly set up to be Joyboy and next Pirate King and we got Blackbeard being setup as the next Pirate King and even King of the World too.

Blackbeard caused a Solar Eclipse to "Sun Emperor" Ace or simply "The Sun" (Whitebeard's "Son" too as you could say) and he's gonna be the wrath, the darkness of the Earth, the Earth God even maybe to consume all in it's wake, a living black hole, a bottomless pit, eterndal darkness/despair etc.

Blackbeard will bring another eclipse to the fabled "Sun God" too. I've always felt he will kill Kizaru but him taking down the Sun God Luffy would be fitting too. Even though Kaido already "killed" Luffy before too.

He could have been a bodyguard or a slave. Or some important figure in the WG who's allowed in Mary Geioss, even Spandam was
