Oda could do something interesting with Imunko Domi Reversing Hajrudin which activates his latent ancient giant genes from Harald. But I doubt it. I don't believe Oda intends for Hajrudin to become a top flight fighter anytime soon, only a luffy loyalist and potentially a benevolent/ambivalent Elbaf king with moderate fighting strength. Loki's the powerhouse standout of the new giant gen.
> Dory and broggy should be his peak which is still decent imo

Holy Knights are done for good after this chapter btw. They are not even good for a footnote.
Tf you smoking? HKs are the main arc villains of Elbaf

Dont get uppity just bc we’re in an extended flashback lore piece mini-arc

Admirals got hypetooled for Xebec meanwhile Gunko pretty much confirmed to low-diff flame emperor Sabo. It’s over for admirals

We never saw him give fellatio to CDs either. Doesn’t mean he wouldn’t immediately drop down to his knees if Saint Charlos asked him for some
:ohreally:
Gay fantasies aside, when did any celestial dragons show any interest in Whitebeards treasure? They had 2 years, but showed absolutely zero interest, lol

Yeah true I don't buy the idea that just because you make your blade black means you are automatically stronger than those who don't. Which is why I don't believe Mihawk is stronger than Xebec, Roger for example.
I do believe Mihawk is stronger than Shanks tho, and that's enough for me, even if they are dead even at this point :pepebusi:
he possesses stronger swordsmanship, even if you don't think he's ultimately stronger than roger

But here is the thing, if roger wins anyway, you know it's because he's carried by fate. That concept alone can justify in this manga why someone who is for a fact inferior in combat can win.

Even if roger's haki is just that strong, what did joyboy level haki do? knock out vice admirals? how is that gonna help him beat mihawk, mihawk also doesn't rely on a df ability like admirals for example. Unless you think roger can completely overpower Mihawk with his attacks.

And if black blade = superior use of ryuou as well, in terms of just utilising haki, why can't that get the better of stronger base haki, if you believe rogers haki is > mihawks.

It's like oda is creating distinctions of ability only to have them rendered obsolete in that case. Go master swordsmanship to its pinnacle, create the most elite blade in existence, then lose to a stronger will anyway.

It would just be like katakuri vs luffy, katakuri is getting the better of luffy in the fight, but luffy refuses to go down until katakuri's stubbornness get's surpassed and kat gives up. Is that what would happen in roger vs mihawk?

I'd like to think in such a duel of dangerous powers roger can't afford to make many mistakes against someone who is superior to him in combat ability with a blade. But if he can is he just going to out-will mihawk till mihawk drops his sword? Or will lightning strike again

:milaugh:

While offscreening an admiral is impressive, it’s like people actually forgot sengoku , garp were still around and were respected by the person who eventually took xebec down . It’s almost like *shock* these admirals are individuals who aren't strictly equal.
Big revisionist history here, before the Admirals were equal or relative but now they don't need to be equal
Ngl, Xebec completely changed the Admiral fandom here

Fascinating argument

Gunko is the only strong one. She got to be Imu's Sasuke, while Pissrock the nepo baby is getting disrespected by the elders
