This is the pain @ConquistadoR and @Light D Lamperouge felt, they've never fully recovered mentally. Only a shell of themselves. That one was worse though because it was as direct as it gets, even as a neutral I nearly threw up reading Sukuna glaze coming out of Gojo's mouth.

I was there lol, the JJK thread wasn’t quite the same when that shit dropped. Funny thing is that Gege wants to keep the conversation going, giving Gojo fans a bone near the end of the manga and even post-finale. He explained that it was uncharacteristic of Gojo to not dodge and Sukuna’s strongest attack (the nuke) won’t work on Gojo or some shit like that.

I personally think that Shanks and Mihawk might end up the same, Oda is very much aware of the discourse and he teases it.

Oda perhaps should, but we both know that he wont. He literally has only killed Ace because he got his arm twisted by his editor from what I recall. We are talking about a man who stitched up the random boar Oden cut apart so it would not die. The guy who let Pell survive the nuke. While I never bought into the whole "he is Odas golden boy" claims, that man will NEVER kill Shanks.

It is not happening.

So yeah, if you are done with the Manga? Be done with it and just make a headcanon he died doing some epic shit because you wont get it in this story.

It's the opposite actually, he's dropping too late.

We already saw shanks use his sword and haki clashing against WSM. It's doesn't matter going forward what happens with Shanks, Mihawk will still be stronger.

Nah we don't need that. Buggy is great as he is already. Teach too to be honest. I don't think he needed to be Xebec son at all. He could've met him or heard of him or something but definitely didn't needed to be his son.
