Kaido really might be haralds son every time I hear about this guy more and more signs are pointing towards this, and how strong was Loki to take on a possibly amped up harald and his whole army alone? This is not talked about enough
Maybe that is all fantasy. Maybe that is why it is called Laughtale?
Kaido might not have seen what Xebec could REALLY do, hence not highlighting Xebec. The Rogers/Garp team might not have been able to hold a candle so all they could do is seal Xebec.
But in no shonen does the strongest character in history get embarrassed like mihawk did in marineford without displaying god tier feats beforehand either. lol
Do folks believe that Xebec was simply just a swordsman though? Going off what Kaido says about Roger & how his Haki transcended every thing else to reign at the top of the era, I can’t help but feel that Xebec was a Devil Fruit user of sorts. The term unique swordsman (haven’t seen the raws so not sure what the phrasing is) is also interesting. Why is he unique?
Also I know parallels aren’t always exactly 1 to 1 but it’s interesting that Teach took up claw like weapons as opposed to a sword even though his father was a swordsman. Tbf Ace doesn’t use a sword like Roger either but he isn’t Roger’s parallel & also wanted to disassociate himself from his maternal father.
