Nika and Davy jones are similar interms of being a symbol/myth
I don't know if Xebec words really confirm Davy jones being a person of the past and not just a myth...
For now, Nika isn't a real person, just a myth and symbol.
Davy jones could be the same, a mythical figure.
The way Xebec said he look up to Davy jones, it could be the same as prisoners, slaves looking up to Nika.
Hence a mythical legend Davy jones could appear in the form DF, and will be last fruit for BB, it will also match the obvious theory of BB having 3 fruit of different classes.

Even if you are not a Zoro hater, and purely hate on Mihawk (fair enough, must mistake you for another guy calling Zoro fans dogs, certainly a lot of them on here for some reason) it is still really weird to me.
Why give Mihawk the worlds strongest blade if he is a bum and not Zoros endgoal?
Why have Zoro train under him, and contentiously go "damn, still not strong enough for a rematch" even after scaring Kaido and blocking a combo Yonko move?
Mind you, for all my clowning on Shanks, I maintain the guy is a TRUE rival to Mihawk and a fight would be the extremest of extreme diffs between them even though I have Mihawk winning it every time. But for some reason, the Shanks-fans liek yoruself just cant do that with Mihawk and I dont get it.
Shanks has no other rivals. It is canon he got famous for fighting Mihawk. Whitebeard did not say "remember how you stole that fruit / fought Loki" or anythign but how hype his and Mihawks fights were. So why clown on the guy this much?
Unless you think Zoro will fight some thus far unrevealed swordsmen stronger than Mihawk, Shanks etc to reach his peak, Mihawk MUST be busted. Zoro has to surpass somebody, so why NOT the dude with the confirmed WSS title and strongest blade in existence?

The details change, but one of my longest held theories is that Shanks will die on Lodestar at the hands of Blackbeard.
I think he and Luffy will have a brief reunion before he makes it clear he's in it to win it, and of course Luffy would accept nothing less.
Their crews will fight, but I think most of them will kind of hold back, kinda similar to the Roger Pirates VS WB Pirates in the Wano flashback, with really only the captains and respective wings getting emphasised.
After some time, when both have expended significant energy, Blackbeard shows up - fresh off killing Imu and stealing his powers - to kill them both, but succeeding only in killing Shanks after the latter ensures a defeated Luffy's escape, with the revelation he believed he was not the "Child of Destiny" but the person meant to guide them. As he dies, it'll be clear he would've lost regardless, but his feat in protecting Luffy will involve the best CoC feat to date, even superior to Joyboy's dormant Haki (which I would not assume was the full extent of Joyboy's power).
I have many different iterations of this going down with, some including their respective allies, and some that don't, but invariably, I think Lodestar is basically where Blackbeard puts the stamp on his villainy.
I also think it's now possible he steals Shanks' sword.
Hell, for all we know, Gryphorn once belonged to Xebec, and recognising it is what drew BB/Xebec to attack Shanks.
Whichever way it goes down, Shanks must die. That's his role in the story. Otherwise, where's the tension?
