You absolutely cannot substitute Mihawk with Xebec and the scenes make sense.
-Being lumped together with the rest of the Warlords during the great war
-Marco being confident in sending Vista to stop him, Vista smiling in Xebec's face saying postponement would benefit them both.
-Crocodile stopping Xebec's advance during the war.
-Xebec and Crocodile working together as equal partners under Buggy the Clown

I don't even like Shanks one bit, prefer Mihawk any day of the week but there's just no point to me lying about these cartoon characters. Oda has no intention at making Mihawk this larger than life character greater than Shanks, let alone Xebec. If he did, we wouldn't have gotten the scenes we already got. I'd love to be proven wrong, but everytime Shanks is mentioned or shown it's some godlike moment.

Most of this is true and factual.

I'm however still confident that you'll be eating your words when the time comes lol. It will take years, but it's coming. Oda doesn't care for Mihawk's character to keep hyping him up, but watch him show top 5 attack power feats of all time by the time the series ends.

The casual massive mountain level slash be did on Marineford will look like a joke soon enough. Crazy that it was still the best destruction feat in Marineford after Whitebeard lmao

it's like he's annoyed at xebec for asking loki questions and not caring about why he's crying, but he knows he has no other choice but to put up with it.

All evidence points to a war after the treasure is found. If it's all about laughtale why Did Roger even to wait for someone else? Obviously someone is supposed to do something with it (take on the government).
What does lurking legend have to do with?
He could be Imu or Xebeck and they could both be beaten after OP.

it's so true though, zoro wants to be the greatest swordsman of all time, and xebec in history was a swordsman so it's only natural he would have to surpass xebec's swordsmanship
