I'm not trying to be a Olympia guy but another 4-5 kilos of muscle would be nice and i think quite achievable if i increase my protein and lock in.
The strength numbers is annoying to me since my lifts haven't made any decent improvement in forever ( my goal was to do 12 pullups by last years new year but 15 month later and i can do 5-6 at best)
I'll consider a change if i'm not happy with the results in a year or so
I don't have hair problems but a couple of my friends started going bald since highschool
Trust me you don't want that
Unless you're jacked or something being bald doesn't look good.
I know someone who was worried about their bald spot, and I asked them if they knew whether someone close to them, who they have known for decades, has a bald spot or not, and they said they didn't know, as a way to show being bald doesn't matter or is cool
