Ngl I'm not even sure. In theory he should be a perfect character but I hate his design, I'm conflicted about his characterisation so far, i feel oda has massive potential to fumble this bag and i dont find anything about him enjoyable enough to put a cent on his name.. The best thing I can say about him is he is essentially the mouthpiece for the current hype and he will probably have feats that scale ridiculously

During a Tekking livestream when he ranked the Rocks Pirates for their coolness.
Some viewers brought up that we saw another 4-armed person during Whole Cake Island. It was some background character. Since Gil Bastar is probably going to show up sometime soon, it's interesting that Big Mom already had one from his Race?
I don't think we ever got an official name for them though, I can't find a '4 arm tribe' for example. We have the long-arm tribe.
This was not just an anime filler character, he also appears in chapter 827, page 10. A very small panel on the left side. I just used this because it's better to see.
Maybe we will learn more about them, soon.

Fck me! Some Japanese Youtubers are theorizing that the "Rocks Pirates Treasure" everyone fought over on God Valley was Shakuyaku and they make some good points but I really hope not lol
