Their leeching doesn’t even make sense. Even if we assume the HKs are publicly known, which they aren’t, then that doesn’t mean any Admiral > any HK. It just means the 3 Admirals combined are stronger than the HKs combined. The HK Commander himself can still be >= Admirals

This isn't a power level thing, though, since we know that top/god tiers can come from anywhere and even if those people aren't exactly successful their power level can remain the same (hell we got two new Admirals that might be very slightly above the C3 out of nowhere).
