At the end of the flashback, Kaido gets a devil fruit.

10/10 Kaido is now the best written character in One Piece this depth is crazy

Chapter starts with narrator telling that one day Shakky was kidnapped and Don Marlon was killed. The person responsible for it was a traitor inside Rocks Pirates: @Mr. Reloaded But no one in Hachinosu had any clue to how this could've happened.
