Yea I think it's an all out attempt at covering everything major from the recent past type of FB by now.
I think after GV he will keep on showing glimpses of the post GV main Rocks members and how they established themselves primarily, next to heavy Dragon focus.
That's up until Roger dies, where all of them likely will have their own stuff going on already and that's imo when it's going o turn into a heavy a Shanks centric one.

Not sure what Judge's formula applied for his gene modification, probably some mix of multiple genome from different races. Sanji's Germa code is called stealth black, so his ability to create fire isn't supposed to be his main power. Maybe something goes wrong when his mom consumed the drug that awaken some buccaneer/lunarian genes...again we don't know what Judge modified in the genes.
