Kuzan was out for some time after that blitz (off screen), we see Garp fighting everybody else then Kuzan comes back in. Then after gets blitzed again, destroys Pizzaro in the process

They were actively fighting Garp, Kuzan was focused on him too. Garp's burst speed clearly faster than Kuzan reflexes proven

That was a team battle where Garp vs Kuzan was focus. Here in god valley its just clash piece which means almost nothing unless we see some semblance of extended duration

Conflicted Kuzan was sent into a hole for like thirty seconds, if being out means that.
