I think Garp's character is pretty much your average joe, except your just really fucking strong. Focused on fighting "criminals" who raid islands. Thinks the government corruption can overlooked due long as most of the world's criminals are taken care of.
Like he was feeling proud at what Luffy did at Ennis Lobby and fucking up the warlords. And he's still in contact with Dragon to this day. I think his initial "rage" of when they decide to do extreme things is more so out of just simple familial care. Cause even when he meets Luffy he has the initial "rage" moment, and then goes back to being fine with it. So I think even the whole thing about him not accepting Dragon/Luffy's choices gets overblown due to his initial reactions to their decisions.
Like as a simple family man you wanna keep your son and grandson in a position where you can actively protect them. And it's not like he can turn on the marines without a thought, since Sengoku/Tsuru/etc are still people he's fought and bled alongside and bunch of youngin he's inspired and trained, and we already know how important "nakamaship" is in the OP world. So he can't just go "oh sorry guys ahahhaa im abouta whip your ass".
Though the fact him and Dragon are still in contact to this day, could give implication that Garp is a plant for Dragon and turning whenever they actually do a full on war with the WG.
With Dragon it's gonna be interesting to see the difference in "Freedom Fighters" vs "The Revolutionary Army". Cause we only saw Garp's reaction in Kuzan's flashback to Dragon's Revolutionary Army. but he had already spent years as a freedom fighter before that. Hopefully his flashback isn't any less peak than this one.

Teach has anything but greater potential then Imu. Teach literally is a Temu, downgraded version of Imu.
Imu literally gave the Gorosei their different "DF" abilities, he gave the giants devil abilities and probably did the same to Rocks. Heck, we still see how Oda phrased the Gorosei's transformations vs the actual DF ability intros of Gods knights. Even Shamrocks cerberus might be a power given to him by Imu, as well as the abyss. Imu literally likely has the power to just give himself any DF ability he wants, and top it off he has god tier haki. Imu is the superior of Teach in every way and its not even comparable. Imu is obviously the final villain.

Oda doesn't care about the titles beyond immediate hype. Nusjuro is a stronger swordsman then Mihawk, even if Mihawk has a title. I mean, the panel is clear, Nusjuro will be Zoros final fight.
