I believe that @nik87 and I are by far the greatest champions of God Valley for having placed our faith in Waidou and faithfully argued why and how he surpasses the entire old generation, putting him above Roger, WB, Xebec, Garp, etc... And Kaidou has only given us big sweet watermelons.

No restraint can include Kizaru flying away and continuing to bombard this man for ages from distance? or they're obligated to actually get into CQC? That's Kizaru's argument for the strongest marine imo. If you remove the forcing him into CQC limitations and it's just him being allowed to fly around bombard, get into CQC and then fly away to bombard again...tough to imagine anyone beating him. But in CQC and forced to fight in a set location? Prime Garp beats him.
The thing with Garp that I would like to see is whether he has something like a skywalk allowing him to get into air and what speed he can attain with it. Then I might just go with Garp in all scenarios. Cause this mf's mobility is insane out of all the characters who can't fly. Mans was jumping all over fucking Hachinuso like I've never seen another top tier do.

That doesn’t matter, Nik is one of the few people who actually know how to read this manga properly, and understood how Kaidou works in the story. It’s a simple and clear thought: Kaidou is the villain who is superior and better than the ENTIRE old generation and has greater relevance to the protagonist than those who never showed what they’re truly capable of on screen. We’ll never see prime Roger defeating a top tier and revealing everything he’s got. Whitebeard, Garp, Shiki—they’re not relevant. So what do I do as the author? I define a character above them and put him in the role of the villain, simple as that.
If I go back to 1081 discussion am I gonna see the same energy you have for Kuzan when he failed to dmg Garp too?
