False allegation. We Admiral fans aren't like sword fans who glazes every motherfucker with a sword to God Tier lvl.
We Admiral fans never denied Garp has PK lvl portrayal and matches against Roger/Primebeard, we just always considered him below Admiral, since Admiral has Top Tier Haki lvl plus busted DF.

Yea I see where you are coming from, but imo these are superficial reasons that imo pale in the light of his subordination. Thematically thats a much bigger factor for him and all of the Rocks' pirates. Imo they only grew into "great pirates" when they were doing their own things. You will have BM building an entire empire, WB becoming everyone's dad and fullfilling his dream of having family, Roger post GV actually even makes a 180 and suddenly wants to know the truth of the world and along that way becomes the PK.
I get that they are already in that "prime age", but thematically they are really only at the beginning of their own inidividual journey. Like I'm saying I don't expect them to be "very near" their prime, because of those reasons and imo it's evident at hand of how Oda handles them right now.
I can really see WB being like two or three CoC boosts below his FB Prime version and Roger like 2 CoC boosts below FB Prime Roger. Imagine all stuff that's coming for him: the GV incident right now and a years long journey that peaks in him becoming the pirate king.
Doesn't sound much prime'ish to me.
Edit: Add that it might actually really be that they really had to defeat (domi reversi) Rocks in 2v1. Hence it might not even be a problem in hindsight to Rocks' percieved current PL.

I am keeping a lot of receipts, for when Kaido pops out of the volcano and starts ruining top-tiers in Act 4.

Honestly? I was talking to my mom about this the other day, I WOULD NOT be surprised if Linlin can actually eat and digest lava, and gain nutrients from the minerals in it. We have no reason to believe her internals are that much weaker than her externals, especially after Law's most powerful internal attack couldn't take her down. Literally the only solution anyone of Wano could find to Kaido and Linlin was knock them into the ocean, or a volcano they can't escape from, because Lava is liquid, so it negates their Fruits.
Admirals fans claiming Garp after years of selling him out, only to claim him after a guy who left the Marines fought him, is wild work.
Only people on God Valley in their primes are Rocks and Imu, possibly Gunko, and Harald if he shows up.
IMO Garp, Roger, Newgate, Shiki, Garling, and Gunko (maybe Rayleigh and Gyaban) are Admiral level on God Valley, Rocks is Fleet Admiral/Yonkou tier, Imu is Demon King tier, and everyone else is lower. Gorosei range from Admiral to Yonkou Tier (Saturn = Admiral, compared to Kizaru in Egghead, Warcury = Yonkou, since he could tank Gear 5 hits and hurt Luffy through his defense).
When the Gorosei show up, and Imu possesses Gunko, is when we'll see the Rocks Pirates start
A: Fleeing the island
B: Going Domi Reversi
Once Rocks goes Domi Reversi over Ellis's death, the Rocks Pirates will fully collapse.
