If even someone like Rocks (arguably the strongest character in modern OP timeline) could be domi reversed by Imu, basically dude is unstoppable. To the point where it creates some narrative issues.

What stopped him from destroying Roger or any high threat level pirate? Just send Gunko for creating a proxy to channel his power, and control them.

I'm theorizing that Rocks will get turned at his lowest moment, when he sees his wife dead.

No problem with Imu himself being a character who can stomp the strongest of top tiers, but to do that without even getting out of his castle just breaks the verse.

The strongest chars we have confirmed as being DR are Dorry and Broggy, who are not even CoC users.

99% chance that people with a strong will (so most CoC users) can’t be reversed unless their will has been shattered or they let it happen

If I had to make a guess Rocks sees his wife die and has his mind broken which allows Imu to reverse him in a moment of weakness

That or he straight up allows it to happen as a sacrifice
