First time I am seeing a manga where the main villain of the arc get his transformation & instead of dominating he gets slapped around for the first 2 chapters of its introduction..

It’s always entertaining to watch anime/manga/light novel fans get disappointed about a story they’ve spent years investing in only to be thoroughly disappointed at the end when the author fails to deliver, then watching the meltdowns and cries is sooo rewarding.
Seeing King of Lightning’s meltdown at the end of Fairy Tail’s grand magic game arc or seeing fans cry about Attack on Titans’ and Naruto’s end was so fun, can’t wait to see people cry from One Piece too.
Name me one anime/manga where fans were satisfied by its ending in recent years, none.

Honestly I don't know if Oda's just lazy at times or whether he simply just has comtempt for his readers or both with the way he writes at times.
Gaban quite literally lost an arm to save Luffy from instant death and Bumsopp comes out of nowhere to tell him to stuff it and fck off lol

Luffy don't give a shit about destiny, will refuse to acknowledge the current reality of the situation or even try to process what exactly it means and takes to stand over others on this ocean and achieve the very freedom he desires coz Luffy is is Luffy and will do what he wants lol. Imu couldn’t even break through base Gear 5’s defense, while Kaidou was breaking through Gear 5’s defense even when Luffy used “G3” to protect himself. @sanjikun
Not to mention Elder @Elder Lee Hung absolutely loved the fact that Luffy basically told Loki: “Go all out with your attacks, Loki. Use Ragnir and all your raw strength as an Ancient Giant, and I’ll eat your massive attack like it’s nothing just to use the momentum.” LMAO
That attack practically killed the supposedly unstoppable Harald. LMAO
Loki is the biggest bum in the manga.
It’s insane how much Oda portrays Kaidou as being superior... Just look at this. Kaidou broke through a stronger defense and dealt more damage than Imu. Kaidou simply hits MUCH harder than Imu, even with two swords. And keep in mind that Luffy is more vulnerable to sword attacks than blunt force, yet Kaidou still hits harder than Imu.
