Kyoshiro isn't in this chapter. We're just speculating about that but Denjiro is indeed in this chapter.

Good theory but what I believe is that Denjiro was told by oden and toki that the 9 scabbards will reunite in 20 years to retake wano and open the borders.

Koushiro then left wano and started a new life in Shimotsuki village.A village full of immagrants from Wano.

This means koushiro is on his way to wano or even better is already in Wano now as he plans on helping making the prophecy come true.

I've seen plenty of speculation that the 9 Scabbards = 9 Strawhats including Jinbe, led by Luffy as the new Oden.

You may think that Denjiro permanently disappearing from Wano throws a wrench in Lady Toki's prophecy, but that's how Oda gets you with a new twist.
