Does this definitively kill the “Kyoshiro is Denjiro” theory?? Because unless the former somehow altered his facial appearance in the last 20 years, them motherfuckers look NOTHING alike.
EDIT: Actually, I guess it’s possible...O-Tsuru’s eyes look wider in the past than they do in the present.

It doesn’t outright kill it, but it makes it increasingly less likely. The only way to explain all the inconsistencies is to say Denjiro is in disguise, and fooling everyone.
Though, an interesting observation of Denjiro’s appearance sees him exchanging money, and getting introduced simultaneously with Hyogoro. Kyoshiro is the Money exchanger for the flower capital, and the Yakuza boss succeeding Hyogoro. Denjiro and Hyogoro even have similar shades.

Honestly, that is well deserved. How could Oda make a character "supposedly" be a good person when he introduces him as someone who insulted the dead this way.
Does anyone remember when Hyogoro mentioned that he didn’t recognize Kyoshiro and doesn’t know where he came from nor how he managed to become such a powerful/influential figure in Wano?
For someone with a lot of power in Wano himself, isn’t it strange that Grandpa Hyo has no idea who Dozing Kyoshiro is?
What if Kyoshiro is a member of CP0 installed in Wano several years ago in order to influence Orochi?

He surely will develop. But that's inexcusable. That SAME ATTITUDE would have been met with a furious Punch by Luffy if he saw him do that. Just saying.
