Nope, Enma is a magic sword. Kaido fought against Roger, Whitebeard Rayleigh, Garp etc and has no scars from them. Enma is said to be the only Sword to scar kaido.

Who did Kaido fight to get stronger over 20 years, Queen's fat ass? The whole point of the Middle Generation is that fighting subsided due to the new balance. The Shichibukai rose. Yonko were established and entered a stalemate long ago. BM/Kaido hadn't seen each other in decades. Neither had Shanks/Whitebeard. Shanks/Mihawk hadn't fought for at least 12-13 years.

Your 30s is like 90% of your prime. Shanks is still in his 30s. Roger/Garp took down Rox in their 30s. Even if Kaido got stronger, it wasn't by a whole lot.

He fought Puggy,Uh7, Illumanti, I hate school, Oven got ran over by a bus and other strong pirate crews that we will never see in the story

With how much Oda seems to like wanking Oden, if he somehow said it was the grandma who died in Oden's place, i'd not be surprised lol

There is a problem with the Moria argument for few reasons:

- The Moria introduced in the manga had a lazy motto(was literally introduced sleeping with a "do it" perspective), and thus became so lazy over the decades he became a shadow of his former self we saw against Kaido
- Even as a shadow of his former self, his Asgard form(thousand shadows) could split Thriller Bark in half
- Because of the above, Oda can make Prime Moria as strong as the plot demand since not only he was vastly stronger in his prime, but his Asgard form makes him stack multiple levels higher than his base self
- Kaido was still portrayed superior to that Moria

So basically saying that it's possible that Asgard Prime Moria was low top tier himself, with Kaido being a top tier

lol so it seems like Kaido's devil fruit is pretty useless. He's still far stronger in his base form. The only good thing about his devil fruit is that he can fly and shoot fire beams. Funny how kaido seems less durable and physically weaker in dragon form. But in human form he can speed blitz and one shot. I wonder if he can take damage in base form.

Akainu looked more intimidating in Marineford than the last time in Wano briefing.

From a different view, Akainu is just a soldier in MF while he is a leader of whole navy in wano briefing....he didn't have any scruples at that time and that was war however current situation is different, he has to take the safety of marines into the account....unless necessary, there is no point in dispatching an army to wano...besides, they were already hunting warlords....so...

he dehypes villain in flashback but in current timeline they always get their hype....since the flashback is from Oden perspective it is obvious that Oden gets more hype...there is still room for development of character from Kaido perspective...it won't be big issue for Kaido again to get his hype back....if anything, this chapter just shows that Kaido ain't just muscle minded brawler, he also knows how to play dirty game...
