Judging by the "Load" ending to parallel Luffy's "boundman" and Law's "room", it's probably just a form he takes when he loads enough metals preparing to attack, so not an attack in itself, but a form in preparation of an attack

But the Rest of g3 attacks are below snakeman and boundman named moves .

Just see how Kata no haki blocked g3 before liffy switched and grabbed him.
cracker blocking then crushing g3 punch yet g4 is different story.
