Funny enough why to talk as if hxh as 100s of chimera arcs and op has only one el arc....

Because the rest of the HxH arcs (e.g. Yorknew Arc) also operate on an extremely high lvl without any clear outliers, whereas OP certainly had its fair share of irritating stretches recently (second half of WCI especially).

I haven't lost hope yet, but right now I think the story is heading a direction, which it just doesn't need to do.

jinbei appearing now actualy is really diferent as opposed to what many would expect, like maybe he shows up in a pinch similar to when luffy was stuck in that book. Maybe oda dont want to repeat the situation idk. at least you can make up some argument that make sense to why he espace (like he just swim away, or the other forced him to) and why he was not highlighted in wano's conflict, (I guess it makes it easier to focus on other storyline).
